There's a version of this city that never shows up on a travel site. Punk shows at Will's Pub. A Monday night market in a coffee shop parking lot. Somebody's short film at the public library. We read the calendars so you don't have to.
Searching “things to do” gets you the same nine attractions
Every list is written for somebody visiting for four days. Meanwhile the actual city is running two hundred rooms a week and none of them buy ads.

How it works
-
We read the calendars
Every venue, brewery, gallery, library and run club we can find. It's dozens of separate calendars, most of them ugly, some of them barely working.
-
Tourist stuff gets cut
Anything with Disney, Universal, SeaWorld or I-Drive attached never makes it in. Nothing against it. It's just not what this is for.
-
Everything gets a local score
1 to 5, on how much it's really for people who live here. A show at Uncle Lou's is a 5. Anything under a 3 gets thrown out.
-
Repeats get merged
The same gig turns up on the venue site, in Orlando Weekly and on a ticket page. You see it once, and all three get credit.
